DESCRIPTION:Collaborative Learning Student Series – Electives \nThe Collaborative Learning Student Series Electives will take place on various days and times throughout the fall. Many of the activities have limited registration and learners are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot. Registration will be open 2 weeks prior to the event. \nProgram: Conflict Simulation (In-Person) \nObjectives: \n\nIdentify common situations that are likely to lead to disagreements or conflicts\, including role ambiguity\, power gradients\, and differences in goals.\nDemonstrate at least one strategy to deal with conflict\nAppreciate the value in differing perspectives and opinions\n\nLocation: \n\nSt. Michael’s Hospital – Room TBA\n\nRegistration:  \nClick this link to register \nAccreditation:\nThese learning activities are approved by the University of Toronto\, Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education (CACHE) for IPE credit and most will take place over Zoom.
