SUMMARY:Collaborative Learning - Compassion Fatigue
DESCRIPTION:The Collaborative Learning Student Series Electives will take place on various days and times throughout the year.  Many of the activities have limited registration and learners are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot.  Registration will be open 2 weeks prior to the event. \nProgram: Compassion Fatigue \nThis session guides learners through the concepts of compassion fatigue and resiliency. Learners have the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and will leave the session with resources to support their resiliency. \nObjectives: \n\nDefine Compassion fatigue and resilience.\nExplain how team functioning can impact team member resilience.\nConsider how the introduced tools can be used to recognize compassion fatigue symptoms\, improve resilience\, and support maintenance of resilience over time.\n\nRegistration: Click here to register. \nAccreditation: \nThese learning activities are approved by the University of Toronto\, Centre for Advancing Collaborative Healthcare & Education (CACHE) for IPE credit.
