DESCRIPTION:This is a 2-part activity that allows learners to explore a Unity Health wellness experience and a small group\, facilitated debrief; to unpack the impact of wellness on self\, and teams. \n** Learners must have attended a Wellness Activity in order to participate in the debrief.** \nObjectives: \n\nIdentify wellness resources (from academic\, clinical & open source)\nDescribe participation in a wellness activity\nReflect on the impact of wellness on team functioning\, with specific attention to interprofessional collaboration\, and\nMake a commitment to enhance how you practice wellness\n\nPart 1 – Wellness Activity (to be done prior to debrief session): \n Learners must attend at least one Unity Health Wellness activity.
