Chief Clinical Fellow
The Chief Fellow acts as the representative for all Clinical Fellows within St. Michael’s Hospital to the Hospital and University where appropriate, and reports to the Director, Postgraduate Medical Education, St. Michael’s Hospital. A key focus of the role of Chief Clinical Fellow is to promote the engagement of the community of Clinical Fellows working at St. Michael’s Hospital, to promote wellness, and to support the Hospital and Hospital Departments in liaising with clinical fellows. This position is supported by the Education Portfolio, under the direction of the Vice President, Education, St. Michael’s Hospital.
The academic year runs from July 1st to June 30th. Please make sure you re-register with the Student Centre at least 5 business days before your registration expires.
PEAP (Pre-Entry Assessment Verification Period)
If you are trained abroad you might be put on Pre-Entry Assessment Verification Period. Please note during this time your ID badge will indicate Pre-Entry Assessment Period rather than clinical fellow.
Please make sure you re-register with the Student Centre at least 3-5 business days before your registration expires to make sure there is a seamless transition between your verification period and the rest of your fellowship year.
