Collaborative Learning Electives

These 1.5 – 2 hour sessions take place on various days and times throughout the fall. Many of the activities have limited registration and learners are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot. Registration will be open 2 weeks prior to the event.

Learning Objectives:

• Acquire an appreciation of patient’s perspectives while providing care.
• Describe a tool to use for creating empathy in individual and team interactions with a patient.
• Discuss strategies that support empathetic interaction with patients.
