Student Registration System (SRS)
Completion of personal profile
Completion and submission of online placement registration
Completion of all required Unity Health Toronto modules

Upon completion of the above items you will receive an email with your “next steps”.
Health Disciplines students will also be emailed a Student Handbook.

On your first day
Come to the student Centre and your IT applications and Network will be provided.
Computer System Access
Temporary password MUST be changed onsite.
This can be done at the Student Centre or in your unit/service area.
Log into Windows first using your PHC username. Temporary password is phctempXXXX (XXXX is provided by IT. Do this on an PHC computer and you will be prompted to set up your new password for your Unity Health email address.
Email Access
**Mandatory**
Access will expire based on the end date of your rotation/s reflected on your badge. Use the same credentials used to log into the computer.
Remote Access
Check your Unity Health Email on a Providence computer and you should have a FortiToken email in your inbox. Open the PDF attachment based on the type of phone you have and follow the installation instructions.
