Collaborative Learning Student Series – Electives

The Collaborative Learning Student Series Electives will take place on various days and times throughout the fall. Many of the activities have limited registration and learners are encouraged to sign up early to secure a spot. Registration will be open 2 weeks prior to the event.

Program: Conflict Simulation (In-Person)

Objectives:

• Identify common situations that are likely to lead to disagreements or conflicts, including role ambiguity, power gradients, and differences in goals.
• Demonstrate at least one strategy to deal with conflict
• Appreciate the value in differing perspectives and opinions
