Training completion and access to the new EPR system

Epic access will be granted once classroom training is completed AND learners have successfully completed the End User Proficiency Assessment/quiz (EUPA).

Learners will have two attempts to successfully score 80% or higher in a single session. The EUPA will be administered in the LMS after synchronous classroom training and is mandatory to gain access to Epic.  Learners completing asynchronous learning are required to complete the EUPA after they have completed the learning session.

The EPR Education team will connect with learners who were not successful in passing the EUPA.  The goal is to make sure that end users attend training and understand how to document core workflows within Epic.
