Please work with your supervisors to identify the best date and time for training from the available options. 

Training is role-specific and provided across Unity Health, meaning that enrollment is not restricted to learners’ home sites. It’s recommended that you select a session based on the date and time, however, the project team is prioritizing class availability based on specialty.

Please use the ServiceNow portal to log a ticket (using your Unity Health Toronto login credentials). Upon receipt of your ticket, the project team will review your request and connect with you directly.

Learners are expected to travel across Unity Health to complete training, based on where they have been registered. The EPR Education Delivery team has scheduled training sessions based on where the programs are available. However, the team is challenged by space restrictions and availability.
